Send the sold-vehicle export from your dealer system with at least 6 things for every car: Year, Make, Model, Odometer (miles), Age (days on lot) and Total profit.
No profit column? Sale price and total cost work too. More detail makes the report sharper: sale dates let recent sales count more, a VIN or trim splits a model by engine and drivetrain, costs give you a buy-cheaper number, and the auction or seller gives you a Where you buy section. If something's missing, CarGet tells you exactly what to add.
